The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

n 6:28 a.m. Wednesday - Jeremy Allen Harter, 32, of 367 Ridgeview Court, Warsaw, arrested for two counts of ephedrine restriction and on an out-of-county warrant. Bond: $2,000.

n 9:33 a.m. Wednesday - William Robert Hall, 25, of 210 W. Pickwick Drive, Syracuse, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $300.

n 2:33 p.m. Wednesday - Timothy Joseph O'Brien, 19, of 7358 W. CR 100S, Warsaw, arrested for burglary to a business. Bond: $5,000.

n 7:54 p.m. Wednesday - Fox Farm Road, 700 feet south of South Side Drive, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Therese L. Prather, 43, Bison Ridge, Nappanee. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

n 1:11 p.m. Tuesday - An employee of Blue Moon Shoes, Buffalo Street, Warsaw, reported a fraud. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

n 3:09 p.m. Wednesday - Myra L. Barnett, Lake View Trail, Warsaw, reported a one-car accident. WPD.

n 3:28 p.m. Wednesday - April D. Williamson, CR 75E, Leesburg, reported the theft of prescription medication from her purse. KCSD.

n 5:52 p.m. Wednesday - A Warsaw woman reported being battered. WPD.

n 6:37 p.m. Wednesday - An employee of Good To Go, Buffalo Street, Warsaw, reported four juvenile shoplifters. WPD.
