n 3:14 a.m. Thursday – Lynne Gail Virgo, 51, of 312 S. Edgewater Drive, Syracuse, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $100.
n 11:20 a.m. Thursday – Tammy Sue Miller, 48, of 7103 U.S. 30E, Pierceton, arrested for driving on a suspended license. Bond: $450.

n 1:16 a.m. Friday – Lucas Anthony Howland, 23, Elkhart, arrested for criminal trespassing. Bond: $500.
n 2:15 p.m. Friday – Dustin Will Wright, 25, of 302 N. Harrison St., Syracuse, arrested on three counts failure to appear and driving on a suspended license. Bond: $800.

n 10:22 p.m. Wednesday – Ind. 13, 1,700 feet south of CR 800N, North Webster. Driver ran off road and went into a ditch. Driver: Ray J. Clemans, 58, CR 400N, Pierceton. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department and North Webster Police Departments investigated.
n 12:33 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of South High and East Center Streets, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Hal A. Heagy, 55, Grant Street, Warsaw; Michael T. Clay, 52, CR 175W, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

County Council Adopts 2025 Budget
Kosciusko County Council wrapped up the county’s 2025 budget by adopting the ordinance for it on second reading Thursday evening. The first reading of the budget ordinance was held Sept. 12.
