n 8:52 p.m. Wednesday – Colby James Kuczewski, 18, of 6008 N. Ind. 15, Leesburg., arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and battery. Bond: $600.
n 3:14 a.m. Thursday – Lynne Gail Virgo, 51, of 312 S. Edgewater Drive, Syracuse, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $100.
n 11:20 a.m. Thursday – Tammy Sue Miller, 48, of 7103 U.S. 30E, Pierceton, arrested for driving on a suspended license. Bond: $450.
n 1:57 p.m. Thursday – Travis R. Green, 30, of 301 N. Lake St., Syracuse, arrested for auto theft, fraud and theft. Bond: $20,250.
n 6:27 p.m. Thursday – Kerry Edward Fribley, 30, of 10748 N. Grove Road, Milford, arrested for theft. Bond: $5.250.
n 7:07 p.m. Thursday – Danny Lee Sowers, 63, of 44 EMS 23 Lane, North Webster, arrested for failing to stop after an accident. Bond: $700.
n 1:13 a.m. Friday – Matthew Albert Lupton, 27, of 1692 E. CR 200N, Warsaw, arrested for battery, disorderly conduct, resisting law enforcement and battery of law enforcement. Bond: $750.
n 1:26 a.m. Friday – James Dale Hughes, 42, of 202 Argonne Road, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
n 6:04 a.m. Friday – Charles Anthony West, 29, of 418 N. Roosevelt St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $1,000.
n 6:08 a.m. Friday – Eston Scott Clayton, 21. of 2939 E. Lapoint Drive, Milford, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and failure to stop after an accident. Bond: $700.
n 9:42 a.m. Friday – Donna Joann Swick, 54, of 3762 W. U.S. 30, Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $400.
n 9:40 a.m. Friday – Mack S. Swick, 69, of 3762 W. U.S. 30, Warsaw, arrested for dealing a controlled substance. Bond: $5,250.
n 1:16 a.m. Friday – Lucas Anthony Howland, 23, Elkhart, arrested for criminal trespassing. Bond: $500.
n 2:15 p.m. Friday – Dustin Will Wright, 25, of 302 N. Harrison St., Syracuse, arrested on three counts failure to appear and driving on a suspended license. Bond: $800.

n 10:22 p.m. Wednesday – Ind. 13, 1,700 feet south of CR 800N, North Webster. Driver ran off road and went into a ditch. Driver: Ray J. Clemans, 58, CR 400N, Pierceton. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department and North Webster Police Departments investigated.
n 12:33 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of South High and East Center Streets, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Hal A. Heagy, 55, Grant Street, Warsaw; Michael T. Clay, 52, CR 175W, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
