n 10:18 a.m. Wednesday - Derek Robert Fleckenstein, 30, of 6235 E. CR 1000N, Milford, arrested for forgery and an out-of-county warrant. Bond: $5,000.

n 11:11 a.m. Wednesday - Ethan David Jesse, 18, of Fort Wayne, arrested on two counts of failure to appear. No bond set.

n 12 p.m. Wednesday - James Allen Heinzman, 52, Crawfordsville, arrested for public indecency. Bond: $350.

n 1:18 p.m. Wednesday - Chad Fannin, 24, of 1101 E. Winona Avenue, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

n 3:36 p.m. Wednesday - Kevin Lee Bronson, 48, of 1517 May St., Warsaw, arrested for intimidation. No bond set.

n 5:07 p.m. Wednesday - Chad Preston Hall, 21, of 3046 W. CR 200N, Warsaw, arrested for conversion, theft and false police reporting. Bond: $3,000.

n 5:52 p.m. Wednesday - Andrew Joseph West, 20, of 304 N. Walnut St., North Manchester, arrested for rape. Bond: $10,000.

n 9:47 p.m. Wednesday - Mark Anthony Lopez, 23, of 912 E. Garfield St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.

n 10:03 p.m. Wednesday - Isaiah Adam Neer, 25, of 105 N. Orchard Drive, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.

n 8:32 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of U.S. 30E and Parker Street, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Robert K. Duncan, 63, East Nelon Drive, Milford; Carol M. Duncan, 56, East Nelson Drive, Milford. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.
