The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
- 6:30 a.m. Monday – Jonathan Michael Shepherd, 21, 976 E. 600 S., Claypool, arrested for  possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail: $2,000.
- 10:15 a.m. Monday – Andrew Joseph Peters, 28, 6075 E. 150 N., Pierceton, arrested for operating while intoxicated causing serious bodily injury. Bail: $10,000.
- 1:21 p.m. Monday – Shellie Marie Holley, 34, of Roann, arrested for theft. Bail: $2,000.
2:29 p.m. Monday – Rashell Elaine Jamerson, 32, n 1711 S. West Point Drive, Warsaw, arrested for with possession of paraphernalia. Bail: $750.
- 3:01 p.m. Monday – Douglas Scott Whitaker, 19, 11303 Edison Rd, Osceola, arrested for operating while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
- 3:10 p.m. Monday – Drew Anthony Horn, 23, 417 Sophie Lane, Warsaw, arrested for criminal mischief. Bond: $500.
- 6:32 p.m. Monday – Joshua Bruce Tutorow, 35, 325 N. Walnut Street, Etna Green, arrested for operating while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
- 1:58 a.m. Tuesday – Jonathan James Brewer, 22, 3705S Ind. 25, Mentone. arrested for assisting a criminal. No bond set.
- 3:50 a.m. Tuesday – Erik Adair Becera, 19, 1692E 200N, Warsaw. arrested for  driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
- 12:02 p.m. Tuesday – Frank Sterling Daniels, 26, 340E Levi Lee Road, lot 136, Warsaw. arrested for theft. Bond: $25,000.
- 2:22 p.m. Tuesday – Marco Antonio Malagon, 23, 1822 Crescent Drive, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior driving while suspended.  Bond: $300.
- 2:30 p.m. Tuesday – Adam John Odell, 22, 7341W 200N, Warsaw. arrested for battery. Bond: $1,000.
- 7:42 p.m. Tuesday – Daniel Eugene Millington, 50, 920 Anchorage Road, lot 69, Warsaw. arrested for conversion. Bond: $450.
- 9:03 p.m. Tuesday – Amy Renee Hall, 28, 1318 St. Mary's Drive, Warsaw. arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $750.
- 9:25 p.m. Tuesday – Demario Maurice Luston, 35, 1613E Clark Street, Warsaw. arrested for battery. Bond: $1,000.
- 10:36 p.m. Tuesday – John Dean Reed, 25, 14280E 125S, Rochester. arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $10,000.
- 10:42 p.m.  Tuesday – Amy Jeane Craig, 24, 101 Warner Drive, Claypool. Was charged wit failure to appear. Bond: $450.
- 12:33 a.m. Wednesday – Juan Antonio Garcia, 30, 920 Anchorage Road, lot 63, Warsaw. arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $565..
- 1:27 a.m. Wednesday – Pablo Lupe Garza, 29, 2115 E Hendricks St., Warsaw. arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.

Property Damage Accidents
- 5:07 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of U.S. 30 W and Arnoldt Drive. One vehicle struck the guard rail. Driver: Joshua C. Abbott, 31, of Woodburn. Damage: $10,000 to $25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
- 8:02 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection CR 100N and Parks Schram Road. One vehicle struck several trees. Driver: Aaron R. Julian, 21, 7729E Ind. 14, Akron. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.

Incidents
- 1:07 a.m. Monday – Kosciusko County Sheriff's Deputies were dispatched to a home on the 3000 block of West Old Road 30, Warsaw, for suspected burglary.
- 8:36 p.m. Monday – Kosciusko County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a traffic stop in the 500 block of E. Market Street, Warsaw. Upon searching the individual, K2 and drug paraphernalia was found.[[In-content Ad]]
