- 10:28 a.m. Wednesday – Marshall Slone, 32, of 203 S. Main St., Claypool, arrested for dealing a controlled substance. Bond: $50,000.
- 11:42 a.m. Wednesday – Brenda Mackensworth, 42, of 427 E. CR 1150N, Milford, arrested for dealing a controlled substance. Bond: $20,000.
- 12:08 p.m. Wednesday – Richard Mackensworth, 49, of 461 E CR 1150N, Milford, arrested for dealing a controlled substance. Bond:$50,000.
- 1:22 p.m. Wednesday – Catherine Schmidt, 40, of 230 S. Roosevelt St., Warsaw, arrested for dealing a controlled substance. Bond: $50,000.
- 1:21 p.m. Wednesday – Terry Young, 51, of 6985 Old 30E, Pierceton, arrested for driving while intoxicated. No bond set.
- 1:57 p.m. Wednesday – Jimmy Burchett, 49, of 920 Anchorage Road, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana over 90 grams. Bond: $10,000.
- 2:18 p.m. Wednesday – Charles Grisby, 43, Elkhart, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $500.
- 3:19 p.m. Wednesday – Jeremy Justus, 33, Auburn, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $750.
- 3:55 p.m. Wednesday – Donal Weber, 27, of 1734 E. CR 14S, Winona Lake, arrested for possession of a controlled substance. Bond: $2,000.
- 4:19 p.m. Wednesday – James Salyer, 35, of 1734 E. CR 225S, Winona Lake, arrested for possession of a controlled substance. Bond: $2,000.

- 3:23 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of East Center and North High streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Lisa Carlin, 23, Fort Wayne; Heather Addair, 27, East Main Street, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
