- 5:27 p.m. Wednesday - Josh Adam Meade, 29, of 51 S. Bruner Road, Warsaw, arrested for battery. Bond: $750.

- 9:27 p.m. Wednesday - Brandon Charles Carpenter, 20, of 126 Sophie Lane, Warsaw, arrested for criminal mischief. Bond: $500.

- 12:37 a.m. today - Robert Bruce Craig, 54, of 9736 E. CR 1350N, Syracuse, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.

- 1:15 a.m. today - Mark Robert Ohearn, 45, of 1202 E. Wooster Rd., Winona Lake, arrested on an out-of-county warrant. No bond set.

- 7:15 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of CR 650E and CR 150N, Pierceton. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Kassondra M. Momeyer, 18, EMS B35 Lane, Warsaw; Raymond Pozymo, 64, EMS B61 Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

- 6:50 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of Ind. 15N and Enterprise Drive, Warsaw. Pickup hit deer. Driver: James P. Ellison, 53, Birchwood Court, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

- 7:34 a.m. Wednesday - Ind. 13N, 200 feet south of Backwater Road, North Webster. SUV hit deer. Driver: James R. Shock, 49, North CR 850E, Pierceton. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.

- 9:22 p.m. Wednesday - Ind. 25S, 1,200 feet north of Rozella Road, Warsaw. Pickup hit deer. Driver: John M. Lacheta, 38, West Briaridge Road, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

- 1:02 a.m. today - U.S. 30W, 1,000 east of CR 350N, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Darcy L. Meade, 36, Ra Mar Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
