n 9:28 a.m. Thursday - Melinda Lee Shepherd, 30, of 3184 E. CR 600S, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $450.

n 10:33 a.m. Thursday - Bradley Michael Long, 22, of 314 N. West St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

n 12:33 p.m. Thursday - Juanita Jo Shumaker, 45, of 6669 E. CR 650N, North Webster, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.

n 1:43 p.m. Tuesday - James Craig, 66, of 4492 E. CR 600S, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $750.

n 2:04 p.m. Thursday - Jeffrey Craig Hess, 36, Plymouth, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $1,000.

n 3:55 p.m. Thursday - Samuel Keith Young, 23, of 3762 W. Old 30, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor conversion. Bond: $750.

n 3:59 p.m. Thursday - James Lee Potter, 24, Madison, arrested for driving while intoxicated. No bond set.

n 8:41 p.m. Thursday - Aaron Wayne Wilhelm, 22, of 2624 E. CR 1100N, North Manchester, arrested for theft-shoplifting and possession of a controlled substance. Bond: $2,000.

n 12:52 a.m. today - Kevin Lee Simpson, 43, South Bend, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.

n 1:33 a.m. today - Eddie T. Brown, 33, Gary, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.

n 2:51 a.m. today - David Brown, 32, Elkhart, arrested for driving without a license. Bond: $350.

Injuries: Kaiser complained of chest pain, and Meckley suffered scrapes to his face. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
