n 5:19 p.m. Tuesday - Patricia Ann Lemaster, 43, of 11619 S. County Line Road, Syracuse, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $750.

n 10:14 a.m. Wednesday - Levi Jackson Yeazel, 20, of 450 E. CR 1150N, Syracuse, arrested for sexual misconduct. Bond: $10,000.

n 10:30 a.m. Wednesday - Derek Michael Bruner, 19, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $750.

n 1:22 p.m. Wednesday - Abraham Martinez II, 21, of 1001 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $500.

n 5:06 p.m. Wednesday - Steven Daniel Nissley, 33, of 425 S. Buffalo St., Warsaw, arrested for battery. Bond: $750.

n 7:09 p.m. Wednesday - Daniel Ybarra, 25, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, arrested for theft and resisting/fleeing law enforcement. Bond: $2,000.

n 7:13 p.m. Wednesday - Rusty Leroy Jefferson, 29, of 10018 N. CR 400E, Syracuse, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.

n 10:44 p.m. Wednesday - Travis Allen Smith, 24, of 400 Valley View Drive, Syracuse, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $450.

n 6:30 a.m. Monday - Intersection of CR 950N and Shilling Road, Mentone. Car hit deer. Driver: Judtih A. Bruner, 51, West Jackson Road, Atwood. Damage: Less than $750. KCSD.

n 8:31 p.m. Monday - 3350 Lake City Highway, Warsaw. SUV hit cement pole. Driver: Denise Akers, 22, East Catholic Street, Pierceton. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

n 10:24 p.m. Monday - Wooster Road, 1,000 feet east of CR 325E, Pierceton. Pickup went off road. Driver: Jamie L. Elliott, 25, North Calhoun Street, South Whitley. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. KCSD.

n 1:06 a.m. Tuesday - U.S. 30W, 1,000 feet west of CR 875W, Etna Green. Pickup hit deer. Driver: Thomas J. Hayes, 56, Fir Road, Bourbon. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.
