n 11:19 a.m. Thursday - Jody Michelle Yates, 30, of 107 N. Main St., South Whitley, arrested for theft and possession of marijuana. Bond: $1,000.
n 1:15 p.m. Thursday - Charity Lynn Hicks, 25, of 1692 E. CR 200N, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $1,000.
n 9:34 p.m. Thursday - Raymond Jay Halsey, 21, of 9485 N. Ind. 13, Syracuse, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $1,000.
n 10:48 p.m. Thursday - David Michael Tucco, 40, of 5179 N. CR 850E, North Webster, arrested for check deception. Bond: $2,000.
