n 1:54 p.m. Friday - Ryan James Prater, 22, of 653 Heritage Lane, Warsaw, arrested for criminal trespass. Bond: $300.

n 6:23 p.m. Friday - Randy Walgamuth, 49, of 319 S. Indiana St., Warsaw, arrested for criminal trespass. Bond: $300.

n Sept. 22 - A Milford woman reported being battered. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

n Sept. 30 - Tammy Tilton, North CR 700E, North Webster, reported the theft of a purse. Value: $400. KCSD.

n Oct. 3 - Ernest Miller, West CR 700N, Etna Green, reported the theft of awnings. Value: $400. KCSD.

n Oct. 4 - Amber L. Hobbs, South Thomas Drive, Claypool, reported the theft of a vehicle. KCSD.
