n 12:07 p.m. Monday - Joe Louis Evans, 25, Goshen, arrested on an out-of-county warrant, burglary and failure to appear. Bond: $22,250.

n 1:29 p.m. Monday - Jim Edward Ryan Waid, 28, of 6687 Old 30, Pierceton, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $2,000.
