County Jail Bookings The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail: • 8:36 a.m. Friday – Kyle Thomas Henson, 30, of 310 N. West St., Milford, arrested for residential entry and burglary. Bond: $5,250. • 11:20 a.m. Friday – Jennifer Nicole Ibarra, 39, of 1903 Sand Piper Drive, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600. • 3:08 p.m. Friday – John David Wright, 44, of 309 E. Fourth St., Milford, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. No bond set. • 3:27 p.m. Friday – Monica Lynn Mullins, 20, of 4224 N. Runkle Drive, Warsaw, arrested for possession of meth and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $2,850. Personal Injury Accident • 12:49 p.m. Friday – 857 N. Parker St., Warsaw. Vehicle hit two parked cars registered to Richard W. Morin, Mishawaka, and Brent A. Spahr, Churubusco. Driver: Timothy M. Hurst, 32, South Union Street, Warsaw. Injuries: Hurst complained of neck pain. Damages: $25,000 to $50,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
Property Damage Accident • 12:16 p.m. Friday – Intersection of East Winona Avenue and South Indiana Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Dennis L. Merry, 25, Maplewood Lane, Rochester; Toni C. Wilson, 56, Taylor Street, Warsaw. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.

NORTH MANCHESTER – At Wednesday night's meeting, the North Manchester Town Council voted to award the Manchester Early Learning Center (MELC) the requested $25,000 toward the Center's efforts. This is a reduced request from 2024.
