n 3:09 p.m. Tuesday - Jerry Ray Smith, 44, of 478 Clinic Court, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $5,000.

n 4:36 p.m. Tuesday - Shelly Lynn Rogers, 44, of 1101 Shore Lane, Syracuse, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.

n 5:13 p.m. May 26 - Andrew Clark, CR 300E, Leesburg, reported the theft of a cellular telephone. Value: $400. KCSD.
