n 1:28 p.m. Tuesday - Misty Dawn Hubert, 26, of 534 N. Parker St., Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $350.

n 2:27 p.m. Tuesday - Michael Alean Terlosky, 29, Fort Wayne, arrested for burglary. Bond: $20,000.

n 3:09 p.m. Tuesday - Jerry Ray Smith, 44, of 478 Clinic Court, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $5,000.

n 4:36 p.m. Tuesday - Shelly Lynn Rogers, 44, of 1101 Shore Lane, Syracuse, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.

n 7:43 p.m. Tuesday - Stephen Ray Harris, 21, of 5807 S. Maplegrove Lane, Warsaw, arrested for visiting a common nuisance. Bond: $450.

n 8 p.m. Tuesday - Michala Lynette Ousley, 18, of 4858 E. CR 600S, Warsaw, arrested for visiting a common nuisance. Bond: $450.

n 8:15 p.m. Tuesday - Zackary Daniel Fry, 26, of 5898 S. Maplegrove Lane, Warsaw, arrested for maintaining a common nuisance. Bond: $450.

n 9:39 p.m. Tuesday - Walter Freshchenko, aka Wally, 48, of 308 E. South Kitson Lane, Syracuse, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.

n 3:17 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of Logan and Wilson streets, Warsaw. School bus-car collision. Driver: Willard B. Brandt, 65, Fairlane Drive, Warsaw; Irvin Nunez, 18, Woodland Hills Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

n 5:09 p.m. Tuesday - 500 S. Buffalo Street, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Hasina K. Khateeb Baker, 48, Peru Road, Syracuse; Bradley A. Sroufe, 25, CR 325E, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

n 6:15 p.m. May 21 - Linda Graves, EMS B58 Lane, Warsaw, reported the theft of 20-25 fishing rods and reels, three tackle boxes, miscellaneous bait, a boat battery, two metal boat gas cans and a four-person paddle boat from her pontoon. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

n 5:13 p.m. May 26 - Andrew Clark, CR 300E, Leesburg, reported the theft of a cellular telephone. Value: $400. KCSD.

n 3:10 p.m. Saturday - Ronald P. Turner, Marion, reported the theft of fishing equipment from a boat parked on Carr Lake. Value: $150. KCSD.

n 9:13 a.m. Tuesday - An employee of Bertsch Services, Parker Street, Warsaw, reported a theft. Value: $772.19. WPD.

n 12:31 p.m. Tuesday - James Loren Walmer, Springhill Road, Warsaw, reported the theft of a mower trailer. Value: $400. WPD.

n 2:17 p.m. Tuesday - Kincey Rae Lane, Rattington Circle, Warsaw, reported the theft of cash, a GPS unit and charger from her vehicle. Value: $800. WPD.
