n 10:07 p.m. Thursday - Robin Helton, 32, of 3699 N. CR 75E, Warsaw, arrested for felony non-support. No bond set.
n 1:09 a.m. today - Shannon Duane Padgett, 35, Fort Wayne, arrested for aggravated battery and misdemeanor battery. Bond: $76,000.
n 1:16 a.m. today - Cole Robert Fatchett, 19, of 721 Ross Avenue, Warsaw, arrested for maintaining a common nuisance, possession of marijuana, possession/consumption of alcohol by a minor and failure to appear. No bond set.
n 2:15 a.m. today - Robert Dewayne Rice, 50, of 42307 N. Ind. 13, North Webster, arrested for public intoxication and disorderly conduct. Bond: $300.
