- 8:54 a.m. Tuesday - Brenda Kay Penner, 44, of 209 1/2 Walnut St., Etna Green, arrested for check deception. Bond: $250.

- 10:31 a.m. Tuesday - Michael D. Keeling, 30, Plymouth, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $750.

- 11:26 a.m. Tuesday - Brian Curtis Polquin, 36, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.

- 11:52 a.m. Tuesday - Jimmy Lee Burchett, 45, of 920 Anchorage Road, Warsaw, arrested for being a habitual traffic offender. Bond: $5,000.

- 2:39 p.m. Tuesday - William D. Clapp, 45, of 413 S. Indiana St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $750.

- 3:16 p.m. Tuesday - Andy Serrano Gonzalez, 18, of 219 S. Scott St., Warsaw, arrested for parole violation. Bond: $1,000.

- 6:15 p.m. Tuesday - Andrew Anthony McClanahan, 45, of 9685 E. U.S. 30, Pierceton, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $1,000.

- 7:13 a.m. Tuesday - Stephen Kent Hemmer, East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw, reported the theft of a bicycle. Bond: $150. WPD.

- 10:29 a.m. Tuesday - A Warsaw man reported being threatened. WPD.

- 4:42 p.m. Tuesday - Shad E. Ott, West Old 30, Warsaw, reported the theft of jet ski keys. Value: $250. WPD.

- 7:52 p.m. Tuesday - Moses L. McNess, South Union Street, Warsaw, reported the theft of a bicycle. WPD.
