- 7:52 a.m. Tuesday - Norma Jean Hodges, 35, of 5935 W. Osprey Drive, Mentone, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

- 11:13 a.m. Tuesday - Matthew I. Dilley, 26, of 324 Lakeland Drive, Warsaw, arrested for contempt of court. No bond set.

- 11:49 a.m. Tuesday - Robert Gene Manuel, 58, of 415 Detroit St., Warsaw, arrested for theft/shoplifting. Bond: $2,000.

- 4:08 p.m. Tuesday - Timothy Lee Cowger, 41, Rochester, arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $450.

- 5:06 p.m. Tuesday - Cameron Ray Mitchell, 26, of 110 E. Winona Avenue, Warsaw, arrested for auto theft. Bond: $2,000.

- 6 p.m. Tuesday - Willie Foster Jensen, 24, of 11936 N. Raggedy Ann, Cromwell, arrested for possession of a controlled substance and failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.

- 8:23 p.m. Tuesday - Phillip Marshall Shafer, 37, of 600 N. Lake St., Warsaw, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $10,000.

- 10:55 p.m. Tuesday - Herbert Hajicek, 78, of 402 E. Sunset Drive, Bourbon, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $10,000.

- 12:58 p.m. Monday - A Warsaw woman complained of vulgar/threatening text messages. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
