n 2:46 p.m. Wednesday - Gene Michael Poe, 24, of 1822 Reider St., Warsaw, arrested for criminal tresspassing. Bond: $300.

n 3:17 p.m. Wednesday - Dustin Abraham Purvis, 27, of 607 W. Boston St., Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.

n 5:04 p.m. Wednesday - Erika Jean Nichols, 23, Auburn, arrested for theft. Bond; $2,000.

n 6:27 p.m. Wednesday - Paul Edward Minnix, 24, of 1692 E. CR 200N, Warsaw, arrested for intimidation. Bond: $50,000.

n 8:23 p.m. Wednesday - Jay Lee Kitson, 52, of 605 Boston St., Syracuse, arrested on an out-of-county warrant. Bond: $925.

n 8:39 p.m. Wednesday - John Leroy Miller, 31, of 7236 E. Blacks Court, North Webster, arrested for check deception. Bond: $1,000.
