The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

n 10:03 a.m. Wednesday - Sean Michael Jayne, 20, of 307 E. Main St., Silver Lake, arrested for driving without a license and conversion. Bond: $500.

n 10:25 a.m. Wednesday - Ray Allen Meyer, 61, of 1604 Brubaker St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $1,000.

n 1:43 p.m. Wednesday - Shayla Ann Jent, 30, of 7441 Black Court, North Webster, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.

n 11:22 p.m. Wednesday - Kayse Shantel Voght, 29, of 107 Acorn St., Syracuse, arrested for resisting/fleeing law enforcement. Bond: $500.

n 4:35 p.m. Wednesday - Sabrina Danielle Smith, 30, of 600 N. Lake St., Warsaw, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $1,000.

n 4:20 a.m. today - Adam Richard Neff, 28, of 128 High St., Etna Green, arrested for refusal to submit to chemical testing. Bond: $650.

n 4:33 p.m. Friday - A Winona Lake man reported being threatened by a man with a gun. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

n 5:35 p.m. Friday - Henry Brovont, Ind. 14, SIlver Lake, reported the theft of two sheets of aluminum from his barn. KCSD.

n 8:51 a.m. Wednesday - Mark Allen Busz, Maple Street, Winona Lake, reported the theft of four tires and wheels stolen from a green Plymouth Neon. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

n 2:27 p.m. Wednesday - Sergio Centeno Rico, Blue Heron Lane, Warsaw, reported the unauthorized use of his debit card. WPD.
