NOTICE TO INTERESTED PARTIES PUBLIC HEARING To: Interested Parties RE: Center St. Plaza The Plan Commission of Warsaw, Indiana, will hold a public hearing on a request by J&B Furniture to subdivide into 2 lots. The property is located at 2101 E Center St., Warsaw, IN. The hearing has been set for Monday, May 12, 2008 at 7 pm in the Council Chambers, at City Hall located at 302 E Market St, Warsaw, Indiana. Interested parties may voice an opinion upon hearing date and/or file written comments concerning the proposal. The petition and file include a legal description of the property and drawings showing the layout of proposed lots and streets. These may be examined in the office of the Plan Commission located at 794 W Center St, Warsaw, Indiana. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Under Indiana law, any subdivision which meets the requirements of the local subdivision control ordinance must be approved.
