Doors will open at 6 p.m. with musical entertainment by Robert Hudson. A catered dinner will follow at 7 p.m.
The evening’s festivities include a silent auction, an update on what has been happening at the park during the past year, as well as the park’s plans for the coming year.
Dr. Mark Schurr, professor of anthropology at the University of Notre Dame, will be our featured speaker. Schurr’s presentation will reflect on the life of Stephen Benack (1780-1855) and the time of rapid change in which he lived, including insights gained from archeological work conducted at Potawatomi Wildlife Park.
