The man is described as a white male in his early 20s, 6 feet 1 inch to 6 feet 3 inches tall with a thin build. He has short brown hair and a stubbly beard. At the time of the incident, the man was wearing a green/olive drab army field jacket, a light green or tan army hat and black combat boots.
