Kosciusko County Dispatch Center received a report of two suspicious females Tuesday at 11:33 a.m. at the Tractor Supply Company, 3294 E. U.S. 30, Warsaw. A description of the vehicle as it left was radioed to officers, who located it a short time afterward near the Dollar General Store in the Lake Village Plaza.

As officers were interviewing the women, it was discovered that Foster had an active warrant for check deception through Kosciusko County. A WPD canine unit also had arrived at the location, which immediately alerted on the suspect vehicle.

Methamphetamine was located inside the vehicle as officers also discovered Konkle had allegedly been shoplifting from the TSC store previously.
