Joe is in financial insurance and Nancy is a homemaker.
They have three children: Doug (and spouse Shelley) Pirtle, Fort Myers, Fla.; Jay Pirtle, Tippecanoe Lake; and Drew Pirtle, Indianapolis; and six grandchildren.
