Pierceton Retired Teachers Visit Building

On May 11, the Pierceton Elementary retired teachers met to walk the halls of the school one last time before the building will be demolished this June. Teachers enjoyed a special lunch fixed by the cafeteria and went on a guided tour by head custodian Mr. Oaks. This pictures represents many years of service to the youth of the community. Ms. Nye topped the years of service at 41 with many of the others over 25 years. Pictured are, first row: Carol Kennedy Miles, Edna Bryant, Sharon Lyon, Sue Mulligan, Louise Vandersaul, Sharon Obregon; second row: Cheryl Pletcher, MaryAnn Young, Patti Goldsmith, Caroline Nye, Jo Nix, Rita Mohr, Sharon Matt, Becky Dick, Carol Vosberg and Jim Vosberg.
