Pierceton Elementary to Participate in Summer Food Program

PIERCETON – Pierceton Elementary School announced plans to participate in the Summer Food Service Program.

Free meals will be made available to all children 18 years old and under, and to persons older than 18 who are enrolled in a state-approved educational program for the mentally or physically disabled.

Free meals will be provided to all children without charge and are the same for all children regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability. There will be no discrimination in the course of the meal service.

In accordance with federal law and U.S. Department of Agriculture policy, this institution is prohibited from discriminating on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability.

Any person who believes that they has been discriminated against in any USDA-related activity should write immediately to: USDA, Director, Office of Civil Rights, 1400 Independence Ave. SW, Washington, D.C. 20250-9410; or call 800-795-3272 or 202-720-6382.

Free meals will be provided weekdays at the sites below beginning June 4, and ending July 31.
