John J. Peters and Lisa J. Stacey, both of Wilmington, Ohio, announce the engagement of their daughter, Jacqueline M. Peters, Wilmington, Ohio, to Shea D. Proctor. He is the son of David W. Proctor and Nancy J. Proctor, both of Brighton, Colo.

The bride-to-be currently is a student at Grace College, Winona Lake, where she studies elementary education. She is a 2006 graduate of Wilmington High School.

The groom-elect is an elementary school teacher in Warsaw. He is a 2003 graduate of Fairview High School, Boulder, Colo. He is a 2007 graduate of Grace College with a degree in elementary education.
