PES Hosts Science Fair

Pierceton Elementary School hosted their Science and Learning Fair March 10. The fair was a huge success with more than 200 projects entered. Five students will represent PES at the 2009 Northeast Indiana Regional Science and Engineering Fair. Those five students are: Lexi Hall, second grade, 'Salt & Pepper - Soluble or Insoluble'; Sarah Pepple, second grade, 'Why Things Float and Sink'; Jamie Bumbaugh, fourth grade, 'Hand Washing and Germs 24-7'; Daisie Poe, fourth grade, 'How Temperature Effects Crystal Growth'; and Hannah Bredikhin, fifth grade, 'Where Should I Sit? I Like to be Called On!' Medtronic of Warsaw provided a donation and Grace College provided judges for the fair.
