By Staff Report-

Registration is going on now for Pee-Wee Basketball at the Kosciusko Community YMCA.
Pee-Wee Basketball is for children 3 years old to those in the first grade and is a great opportunity for kids to start learning the basic skills of basketball—from the organization that created it.
There will be two divisions in the league, one division for children ages 3 to 4 and the other for children age 5 through first grade. There will be a 30-minute practice followed by a 30-minute game on Saturdays for both divisions.
Division-I players will play on a five-foot mini hoop with a mini ball and those in Division-II will play on a seven foot basket with an instructional ball. Depending on your child’s ability, you can move them up or down a division.
Games will be played on Saturdays from Nov. 3 to Dec. 22 with no games Thanksgiving weekend on Nov. 24.
Registration will continue through Oct. 26 with a late fee after Oct.15.
Register at kcymca.org or at either branches. Contact Ben Reno at 574-269-9622 with any questions[[In-content Ad]]
