A Warsaw man suffered a broken leg when he was struck by a car about 6 p.m. Friday on Ind. 15 near Penguin Point, Warsaw. Gary L. Keck, 49, was injured when he stepped out in front of the car driven by Ida T. Troup, 70, Milford. The impact of the collision flipped Keck over the hood of the car, then onto the ground. Troup told police she did not see Keck. Keck said he did not see Troup's car approaching as he tried to cross the street.
