Paul David Herring, 76, of Keystone, died at 6 p.m. April 14, 2012, in Bluffton Regional Medical Center, after a brief illness with cancer. He was born June 24, 1935, to Paul Gerald and Minnie Ferman Herring. On Sept. 17, 1961, he married Judith Hart, who survives. Also surviving are three children; two sisters, including Carolyn Nelson, Warsaw; a brother, James Herring, Warsaw; four grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; and four step-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a sister. Services were Wednesday at Sonlight Wesleyan Church, Bluffton, with the Rev. Lyle A. Breeding officiating. Burial was in Stahl Cemetery, Wells County.
