Patricia Rader, 79, of 337 Grace Village Drive, Winona Lake, died at 11:50 a.m. April 24, 2011, in Grace Village Health Care, Winona Lake.
She was born Nov. 19, 1931, in Leesburg, to Taylor D. and Irene F. Kohler Shively. On April 20, 1951, she married Francis J. Rader, who died Feb. 7, 1986.
A lifetime resident of Kosciusko County, she worked at Weatherhead, Syracuse, and retired from the Kosciusko County Recorders Office. She was a member of Leesburg United Methodist Church and the Order Of The Eastern Star, Warsaw.
Surviving are two sons, Mitchell Rader, Leesburg,  and Chad Rader, Fort Wayne; three daughters: Cynthia (and spouse Jay) Weaver, Leesburg; Deborah (and spouse Robert) Walls, Warsaw; and Sherri (and spouse Larry) Foster, Germantown, Tenn.; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, 2290 Provident Court, Warsaw, with Chris Mahan officiating. Burial will be in Leesburg Cemetery.
Calling is from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
