Patricia Marie Perkins, 72, Ligonier, passed away at 8:24 a.m.  July 22, 2015, in her residence.
She was born June 19, 1943, in Churubusco, to Marvin and Florence Deck Rollins. On Feb. 14, 1975, in Churubusco, she was united in marriage to Norman Lester Perkins, who preceded her in death Sept. 12, 1988.
She was a resident of Pierceton until 1989. She retired from Dana Weatherhead after 29-1/2 years of service. She loved to sew, making outfits for her children and grandchildren.
Surviving are four sons: David Perkins, William (and spouse Jane) Helblig and Todd (and spouse Debbie) Perkins, all of Warsaw; and Randy (and spouse Heidi) Helblig, Ligonier; five daughters: Kay Perkins, Denise (and spouse Duck) Jackson and Bobbie Jo Perkins, all of Warsaw; Patti Litherland (and companion George Cox Jr.), Sturgis, Mich.; and Lauretta Helblig, Fort Wayne; two brothers, Clyde Rollins, Churubusco, and Edwin Rollins, Warsaw; 33 grandchildren and 34 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sons, James W. Perkins and Norman E. Perkins; her granddaughter, Aurora Shoemaker; and nine brothers and sisters.
A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Monday in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Pierceton. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Pierceton.
Calling is from 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday in the funeral chapel.
