FORT WAYNE – Patricia Hart Mason, 83, a resident of Fort Wayne since 1983, passed away Jan. 13, 2014, in Fort Wayne.  
She was born in 1930 in Indianapolis to Clifford J. and Loretta K. Hart, Indianapolis.  
She graduated from Shortridge High School, Indianapolis, Ward Belmont College, Nashville, Tenn., and Butler University, Indianapolis. She was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority and Phi Kappa Phi Honorary Sorority. She moved from Indianapolis in 1975 to Syracuse before moving to Fort Wayne in 1983. She was a member of Concordia Lutheran Church of Fort Wayne.  
Surviving are her son, Ronald K. (and spouse Nancy) Mason, Syracuse; two grandchildren, Brian Patrick Mason, Minturn, Colo., and Jennifer Diane Mason (and spouse Dan) Knuth, Columbia City; two great-grandchildren, Mason and Emerson; many step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren whom she loved dearly.  
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at D.O. McComb and Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 E. Dupont Road, Fort Wayne. Burial is in Crown Hill Cemetery, Indianapolis, on the lot with her parents and both sets of grandparents.
Calling is from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday and for one hour prior to services Friday at the funeral home.
