Debbie Mosher and Mike Juillerat, Pierceton, and Greg and Carmel Parson, Rome City, announce the engagement of their daughter, Tabitha Parson, Pierceton, to Matthew Ray, Fort Wayne. He is the son of Debi Ray, Fort Wayne. 

The bride-to-be graduated from West Noble High School, Ligonier, in 2007 and studied secondary education-social studies at Ball State University from 2007-10 and has attended Indiana University Purdue University, Fort Wayne, from 2010 to present.

The groom-elect works in electrical systems design at SCO Engineering LLC, Fort Wayne. He graduated from Snider High School, Fort Wayne, in 2001 and earned an associate’s degree in applied science and computer-aided drafting and design from ITT Tech in 2006.
