Paragon Medical Commits To Support WISE. As Founding Sponsor

We Inspire Support Empower Inc., a newly formed non-profit organization, recently announced that Paragon Medical Inc. has committed to support the organization as a premier founding sponsor.
Paragon Medical, a Pierceton-based supplier to the medical device industry, granted $3,000 to the organization, which is focused on the education and support of the professional career interests of women. WISE held its kickoff event in September.
“I am very excited about the WISE organization and the valuable career growth opportunities it will provide to women through professional development, networking and mentoring,” Debbie Yingling, Paragon chief financial officer, said in the release. “I also like the fact that WISE is regionally focused and being managed and supported by several exceptional, professional women who have a passion for leadership development.”
Tammy Allen, WISE president and OrthoWorx director of marketing, said, “We appreciate and commend Paragon Medical for supporting WISE Inc. as a premier founding sponsor and for what we know is a shared vision to further the advancement and impact of women in their careers.”
Founding sponsors help provide for the operational expenses of this newly formed organization to support women of Northern Indiana and the surrounding region. In September, WISE held an inaugural event hosting more than 120 professional women and men from the Northern Indiana region. Registration is now open for the organization’s next event, WISE Creative Collaboration, Dec. 3 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
The WISE Creative Collaboration event will encourage attendees to harness the power of innovative thinking while bringing out the best in others to increase their success. Attendees also will have the opportunity to attend a break-out session, a mentoring program “meet and greet” event to learn about the 2014 mentoring program. The WISE mentoring program will begin in January.
In addition to Paragon Medical, WISE also recognized Kosciusko Community Foundation, Champagne Jam at 2517, and Miles Printing as sponsors for the Dec. 3 event. To register, go to www.WISEincorporated.org
