Joe and Patty Ousley, Warsaw, announce the engagement of their daughter, Kendra Ousley, Warsaw, to Jake Manns, Rochester. He is the son of Joe Manns, Rochester, and Lisa Emmons, Rensselaer.

The bride is a 2006 graduate of Tippecanoe Valley High School, Akron, and is earning a bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Saint Francis, Fort Wayne, graduating in December 2010.

The couple plan an Aug. 14, 2010, wedding.
