Ortho Announcement Set Wednesday

In a release from the Kosciusko County Community Foundation, a news conference for a "major announcement for the Warsaw/Kosciusko County community" will be unveiled Wednesday.

The event will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Orthopedic Capital Center on the Grace College Campus.

Those that will be in attendance include: Brad Bishop, chairman, Kosciusko County Community Foundation; Dr. Cheryl Blanchard, chief scientific officer and senior vice president, Zimmer Inc.; Toby Buck, chairman, president and CEO, Paragon Medical; David Findlay, chief financial officer and executive vice president of administration, Lake City Bank; David Floyd, president, DePuy Orthopedics; David Johnson, president and CEO, BioCrossroads; Suzie Light, executive director, Kosciusko County Community Foundation; Ron Manahan, president of Grace College and Seminary; Jon Serbousek, president of Biomet Orthopedics; and Ernie Wiggins, Warsaw mayor.

The release said the announcement is regarding "next steps in the development of an industry-focused, Warsaw-based, regionally focused organization that will serve as a platform from which to brand, engage, promote and support the orthopedics assets within the region."[[In-content Ad]]
