Richard D. Orban, 47, and Janet Lee Orban, 47, both of 165 Deerwood Court, Warsaw, surrendered to authorities Sunday evening and were booked into the Kosciusko County Jail in connection with allegations of corruption in business.

The Orbans are each charged with 10 felony counts, including corrupt business influence, perjury, theft and failure to remit sales tax. Mr. Orban is a partner in Carpet Express at West Levi Lee Road and Ind. 15N, Warsaw, where Mrs. Orban was employed as the bookkeeper.
