Tiffany K. Makinson, 31, Pierceton, was driving at 8 a.m. today at the intersection of CR 450N and CR 475E, Leesburg, when she failed to stop at the intersection. She then collided with a vehicle driven by Karin M. Shortt, 52, Leesburg. Shortt was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital for neck and back pain.
