Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of Syracuse-Turkey Creek Public Library, Kosciusko Count y, Indiana, that the Library Board will meet at 115 E. Main St., Syracuse, IN on April 26, 2010 at 6:15 p.m. for the purpose of considering a proposal to establish a Library Capital Projects fund and a proposed plan u nder IC

36-12-12. The following is a general outline of the proposed plan:
