NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF BELL MEMORIAL PUBLIC LIBRARY Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of Bell Memorial Public Library of Kosciusko County, that the Library Board will meet at 101 West Main Street, Mentone, Indiana, on March 30, 2009, at 6:30 pm for the purpose of considering a proposal to establish a Library Capital Projects Fund and a proposed plan under IC 36-12-12.
