Plaintiff, by counsel, hereby give Notice of the Complaint filed in the Kosciusko Circuit Court against the above-named Defendant. Plaintiff also filed an Affadavit of a competent person showing that the residence and whereabouts of Defendant Katrina A. Ousley, upon diligent inquiry are unknown. The cause of action is for default on a promissory note and foreclosure upon a mortgage on the following described real estate:
Lots Numbered 7, 8, 9 and 10 in Conant and Moore's Addition to the Town of Pierceton, Indiana, excepting from said Lots Numbered 9 and 10 that part thereof acquired by the State of Indiana for limited access and right of way for U.S. Highway Number 30. Subject to all easements and restrictions upon the use of said real estate of record.

Therefore, said Defendant is hereby notified of the filing and pendency of said Complaint and that unless he/she appears and answer within (30) days of the last publication of this notice, default judgment may be entered against her for the relief sought in the Complaint.
