The nature of the suit against you is: Suit on Mortgage and on retail installment contract and security agreement: The plaintiff complains that Freda I. Slaven has breached the terms of both a Retail-Installment Contract and Mortgage entered by and among her and the plaintiff on or about April 2, 2002 wherein she promised but failed to make repayment of a purchase money loan secured by the following property owned by them: a 1987 Fairmont Mobile Home, 15x80, Serial No. MY8763319 and appurtenances as well as: A tract of land in Kosciusko County with a recorded legal description as follows, to wit: Commencing at the intersection of the south line of section 33, township 32 north, range 5 east, and the southerly right-of-way line of State Road Number 25 and running thence in a northeasterly direction along said southerly right-of-way line of said State Road Number 25 to the intersection thereof with the westerly right-of-way line of County Road 600 W; thence in a southeasterly direction along the said westerly right-of-way line of said County Road 600 W to the centerline of a public ditch;t hence in a southwesterly direction along the centerline of said public ditch to the intersection thereof with the said south line of said section 33; thence in a westerly direction on said south line of said section 33 to the place of beginning.
