The nature of the suit is the foreclosure of a mortgage upon the property located in Kosciusko County at 15 EMS D18 C Lane, Syracuse, IN 46567, legally described as: Lot number 41 in DeFree's Landing record in Plat Book, page 139B in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana. AND The North 18 feet of lot 43 in Defrees' Landing on Dewart Lane, Kosciusko County, as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 139B. The Southern boundary of said eighteen foot strip is a continuation of the boundary line between lot 41 and 42 in said plat, if the said boundary line is continued as a straight line in a westerly direction until in intersection the west line of lot number 43 in said plat.
