    You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named.
    The nature of the suit against you is: SUIT ON MORTGAGE AND ON RETAIL INSTALLMENT CONTRACT AND SECURITY AGREEMENT:
    The plaintiff complains that Tina L. Hanes n/k/a Tina L. Rush and Jason W. Hanes breached the terms of both a Retail Installment Contract and Mortgage entered on or about March 9, 1998 wherein the they promised but failed to make repayment of a purchase money loan secured by the following property owned them:  
    a 1998 Mobile Home, serial/VIN number NFLW55AB047478J13 and appurtenances,  as well as:
    A tract of land being part of Outlot Number Four (4) and part of Outlot Number Five (5) in Taggert's Addition of Outlots to Etna Green, Indiana, located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 33 North, Range 4 East, 2nd P.M., Etna Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
    Commencing at a stone marked with an "X" at the Southeast corner of said Section 27; thence South 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West, along the south line of said Quarter and along the centerline of
High Street extended, 395.42 feet (396.00 feet, recorded); thence continuing South 90° 00 minutes 00 seconds West, along said South line and along said centerline, 462.96 feet (462.88 feet, recorded) to a P.K. nail and the point of beginning; thence continuing South 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West, along the said South line and along said centerline, 117.00 feet; thence North 00 degrees 53 minutes 06 seconds West, 495.04 feet to a 1/2-inch iron bar; thence South 71 degrees 05 minutes 46 seconds East, 124.33 feet to a 1/2-inch iron bar; thence South 00 degrees 53 minutes 06 seconds East 454.75 feet to the point of beginning. Said tract being the West 64.46 feet of said Outlot 4 in said addition and the East 35.54 feet of said Outlot 5 in said addition.
    More commonly known as 513 High Street, Etna Green, IN 46524.  
    This Summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendants whose address and whereabouts is unknown:  Tina L. Hanes n/k/a Tina L. Rush, Jason W. Hanes, Homestead Finance Corporation, Kimberly Patton, Advance America, Cash Advance Centers of Indiana, Inc., Communitywide Federal Credit Union, Cavalry Investments, LLC, Martin Financial Management, Inc. and Helvey & Associates, Inc. If you have a claim for relief against the plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer.  You must answer the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney, on or before the thirtieth day after the third notice of suit published in this newspaper.  If you fail to do so, a judgment will be entered against you for the relief the plaintiff has requested in the Complaint.
