UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW OF JAMES D. LANHAM, DECEASED
CHADDIE L. NELSON, and
FIRST FRANKLIN FINANCIAL CORPORATION, DEFENDANTS
IN THE KOSCIUSKO CIRCUIT COURT
CAUSE NO. 43C01-1306-MF-00118
    To: Unknown heirs at law of James D. Lanham, deceased, First Franklin Financial Corporation.
    BE IT KNOWN, that Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC, the above-named Plaintiff, by its attorney, Zarksis, V. Daroga, has filed in the office of the clerk of the Kosciusko Circuit Court its Complaint against the above-named Defendant, and the said Plaintiff having also filed in said Clerk's office the affidavit of a competent person showing that the residence and whereabouts of the Defendant, Unknown heirs at law of James D. Lanham, deceased, First Franklin Financial Cooperation upon diligent inquiry are unknown, and that said cause of action is for default on the promissory note and to foreclose a mortgage on the following described real estate in Kosciusko County, State of Indiana, to wit:
    Lots numbered 39, 46 and 47 in Country Village Addition, located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 33 North, Range 5 East, as per plat thereof in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
    Subject to covenants, restrictions and easements of record.
    Prior Deed Reference: Instrument Number 200600011869
    Commonly known as 4054 West Country Drive, Leesburg, IN 46538.
    NOW, THEREFORE, said Defendant is hereby notified of the filing and pendency of said Complaint against them and that unless he appear and answer or otherwise defend thereto within thirty (30) days after the last notice of this action is published, judgment by default may be entered against him for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
