By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43C01-0806-MF-286 wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for MASTR Asset Backed Securities Trust 2004-OPT2 was Plaintiff, and Brian S. Breeden, Christina L. Breeden, Option One Mortgage Corporation and Beneficial Indiana, Inc. were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 27th day of November, 2012, at the hour of 10:00 am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
THE SOUTH HALF OF THE WEST HALF OF LOT NUMBER 8 IN BOSS' ADDITION TO THE CITY OF WARSAW, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 10, IN THE OFFICE OF THE RECORDER OF KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, INDIANA.
