By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1407-MF-000098, wherein Home Ally Financial II, LLC was Plaintiff, and Rickie Allen Hiner, Wendy Jo Hiner, Unknown Occupant(s) of 4414 East Fox Run Drive, Syracuse, IN 46567 and BMO Harris Bank, N.A., successor by merger to M&I Bank, FSB were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on 25th day of August, 2015, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon as thereafter possible, at 221 W. Main Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
The following described real estate in Kosciusko County, in the State of Indiana, to-wit:
Lot Numbered Thirty-One (31) in Fox Run Heights, being a subdivision of part of the North Half of Section 7, Township 34 North, Range 7 East, as per Plat Book 10, page 56, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana. Prior Deed Reference: as Instrument Number 2003031984.
Commonly known address: 4414 East Fox Run Drive, Syracuse, IN 46567
Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. This Notice shall also represent service of Notice of Sale of the above-described real estate upon the owners, pursuant to requirements of IC 32-29-7-3.
