FARMER, GIPPER DEVELOPMENT CO., LLC, and AMERICAN GENERAL FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC., Defendants. ALSO The North Two feet of uniform width of Lot Numbered Sixteen (16) in Hohman's Subdivision on Yellow Creek Lake, as per plat thereof recorded in plat book 3, page 352C in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana. together with the rents, issues, income, and profits therefrom.
