By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Superior Court 3 of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1012-MF-970 wherein PNC Bank, N.A. was Plaintiff, and Sanford E. Powers, Julie F. Powers and Fort Financial Credit Union f/k/a Dana Federal Credit Union were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 24th day of January, 2012, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at the Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department, 221 W. Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
